The right Prusa Core One filament is what unlocks the engineering-grade range Prusa built into its first CoreXY printer.
Siraya Tech makes premium 1.75 mm filament tuned for the Prusa Core One. With its 290°C nozzle, 120°C bed, and active chamber temperature control up to 55°C, the Core One handles everything from PLA to PPA-CF and PET-CF. Our spools are formulated in-house to feed cleanly through the Nextruder and stay consistent across 200+ Prusa-tuned print profiles.
Print engineering parts, flexible components, and carbon-fiber-reinforced builds without fighting profile tuning or warping issues.
Filament That Matches the Core One's Active Chamber
Active chamber heating gives the Core One a real edge with high-temp materials. Our filaments are tuned to take advantage of it.
- Tight diameter tolerance — keeps the Nextruder's high-flow nozzle running cleanly at speed.
- Active-chamber-ready — formulated for ABS, ASA, PET-CF, and PPA-CF printing in the 55°C heated chamber.
- Sealed in moisture-proof packaging — every spool ships with desiccant to preserve print quality.
- PrusaSlicer-friendly — pairs with the Core One's 200+ factory-tuned print profiles for reliable results.
Pick the Right Material for Every Core One Project
The Core One is one of the most versatile FDM printers on the market. Match the material to your build for best results.
| Material | Best For | Needs Hardened Nozzle? | Key Strength |
|---|---|---|---|
| Flex TPU 95A | Phone cases, dampeners, grips | No | Flexible, impact resistant |
| Flex TPU Air | Insoles, wearables, soft parts | No | Tunable hardness 65A-82A |
| Flex TPU 64D | Gears, rollers, wear parts | No | Semi-rigid, abrasion resistant |
| PETG-CF Pro HF | Stiff brackets, drone parts | Yes | High-flow, HDT 76°C, matte finish |
| ASA-GF | Outdoor parts, UV-exposed gear | Yes | UV and weather resistant |
| PET-CF | Aerospace and drone components | Yes | Strong, low moisture, lightweight |
| PPA-CF Core | High-strength engineering parts | Yes | 25% carbon fiber, dimensionally stable |
Flex TPU for the Nextruder Direct Drive
The Core One's Nextruder with 10:1 gear reduction handles TPU better than almost any other extruder on the market. Our Flex TPU 95A, Flex TPU Air, and Flex TPU 64D cover everything from soft wearables to semi-rigid wear parts.
PETG-CF Pro for High-Speed Engineering
The Core One's high-flow nozzle and CoreXY motion make PETG-CF Pro HF print fast and clean. Chopped carbon fiber adds rigidity for jigs, drone frames, and brackets, with a professional matte finish straight off the bed.
ASA-GF for UV-Resistant Outdoor Parts
The Core One's active chamber lets ASA-GF print without warping, which means real outdoor parts that survive UV exposure and weather without yellowing or cracking.
PET-CF and PPA-CF Core for Industrial Builds
The Core One was designed to handle materials this serious. Our PET-CF and PPA-CF Core deliver high strength, low moisture absorption, and the dimensional stability you need for end-use parts.
Note: Swap to a hardened steel nozzle on your Core One before printing any carbon-fiber or glass-fiber blend. Brass wears out fast on abrasive materials.
Why Professional Makers Choose Siraya Tech
We formulate and manufacture every spool in-house — no white-labeling, no repackaging.
Our filaments are tested on premium enclosed CoreXY printers including the Core One, so PrusaSlicer profiles work the way they should and your engineering parts come out exactly as designed.

Frequently Asked Questions
What filament does the Prusa Core One support?
The Core One supports over 200 filament types, including PLA, PETG, TPU, ASA, ABS, PC, nylon, and carbon-fiber-reinforced blends. The 290°C nozzle, 120°C bed, and 55°C active chamber cover most engineering filaments. PrusaSlicer ships with factory-tuned profiles for many of them.
Can the Core One print carbon fiber filament?
Yes. The Core One handles PETG-CF, PET-CF, and PPA-CF with a hardened steel nozzle. Brass wears out fast with abrasive blends, so swap before printing.
What is the max nozzle temperature on the Core One?
The Core One nozzle reaches 290°C standard. Prusa also offers an HT hotend upgrade for higher-temp filaments like PEEK and PEI. Without the upgrade, 290°C is the ceiling.
Does the Core One print TPU well?
Yes. The Nextruder direct drive with 10:1 gear reduction handles TPU at low speeds (20 to 30 mm/s) with minimal retraction. The all-metal hotend reaches enough temperature for most flexible materials.
Is the Core One enclosure heated?
Yes. The Core One has active chamber temperature control up to 55°C. The heated enclosure helps print ABS, ASA, nylon, and PC without warping, and stabilizes long prints in cooler rooms.
How fast can the Core One print?
The Core One is Prusa's first CoreXY printer, designed to print 15 to 20% faster than the MK4S. Real-world speeds depend on the filament. CoreXY motion plus Input Shaper make higher speeds practical without losing accuracy.
