Affiliate Program Terms ＆ Conditions

Welcome to the Siraya Tech Affiliate Program. To maintain the integrity of our brand and ensure a fair environment for all partners, we have established the following guidelines. Any violation of these terms may lead to the immediate rejection of commissions and termination of your affiliate account.

1. Traffic ＆ Promotion Guidelines

We value high-quality content (reviews, tutorials, print showcases) that adds value to the 3D printing community.

  • No Direct Linking: All paid advertisements must direct traffic to your owned content (e.g., a review blog, YouTube video, or a custom landing page). You may NOT link directly to the Siraya Tech homepage (siraya.tech) or specific product pages from ad platforms.

  • Domain ＆ Social Identity: You are prohibited from registering or using domains, social media handles, or usernames that contain "Siraya Tech" or any confusingly similar variations/misspellings.

  • No Spamming: Affiliate links must not be posted in official Siraya Tech social media comment sections, community forums, or sent via unsolicited mass emails (SPAM).

2. Search Engine Marketing (SEM) ＆ PPC Policy

To prevent interference with our official search presence, affiliates must adhere to strict keyword rules:

  • No Brand Bidding: You are strictly prohibited from bidding on "Siraya Tech" branded keywords, including variations and misspellings (e.g., "Siraya Tech resin," "Siraya Tech discount," "SirayaTech").

  • Negative Matching: When running paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, etc.), you must add "Siraya Tech" and its variations as Negative Keywords to ensure your ads do not appear for brand-specific searches.

3. Content Integrity ＆ Brand Protection

Your content reflects our brand. We require professional and ethical promotion:

  • Truth in Advertising: All promotional content must be accurate. Do NOT use false discounts, expired coupons, or misleading descriptions (e.g., "50% off everything" when no such sale exists) to lure clicks.

  • Sensitive Topics: Affiliates must ensure their content is lawful and professional. We strictly prohibit any association with sensitive topics, including but not limited to politics, racial discrimination, violence, or sexually explicit content.

  • Legal Compliance: You are responsible for complying with your local laws and regulations, including FTC disclosure requirements (clearly stating that you earn a commission from your links).

4. Commissions, Cancellations ＆ Fraud

  • Verification Period: Commissions are subject to a [30 or 45]-day verification period to account for potential product returns or order cancellations.

  • No Self-Referrals: You may not use your own affiliate link to purchase products for personal use. Such orders will be disqualified from commission payments.

  • Fraudulent Activity: Any use of "cookie stuffing," hidden frames, or browser extensions that hijack commissions will result in an immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of all unpaid earnings.

5. Modifications ＆ Termination

Siraya Tech reserves the right to modify these terms or terminate any affiliate partnership at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the affiliate dashboard or email. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
